They have it all: spacious and clean accommodations, amazing fishing, and owners that treat you like family. We've been coming for 20 years and can't wait to spend the next 20+ years at Abram Lake Park!! 2023 Update - Randy and Corrie (the new owners) are simply the best!! They are very customer-service oriented and do everything possible to make your stay the best it can be. It's obvious that they take pride in the resort and value their customers!
Randy and his wife were some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Very clean cabins accompanied by great hospitality made for an exciting and comfortable weeks stay. Will definitely be back!
I’ve been coming to this park for 32 years. It has gone through ups and downs and very definitely seems to be in a very up position now. The new owners are very ambitious and have made the resort much more beautiful as they tend to their trees which affect their views which makes the whole thing brighter experience. Nothing against the former owners, they were sweet and delightful, and are now retired
Our family has been coming to Abram Lake Park for years and we have always enjoyed our stay. New owners Randy and Corrie have worked hard and made a great resort even better with their upgrades to their cabins and grounds. Our children love the beach area on hot summer days and have fun at the playground area. We look forward to our stay each year!
Fabulous, well-maintained campground with amazing lake view and great fishing. We originally booked a week and ended up staying for 3 weeks! Washrooms are spotless and showers have stainless steel floors (extremely clean). Laundry room is also a cozy lounge with couches so you can read or connect to their wifi while you wait. Nice lakefront patio with comfy chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or watch a lovely sunset. Firepits are provided and firewood is delivered in generous portions, and if you need bait, the store/office has it! Best part about Abram Lake Resort & RV Park are its warm and wonderful owners, Corrie and Randy. They understand the true meaning behind hospitality, and truly work hard to ensure guests are well taken care of. They treated us like family. Ya gotta watch Randy's wicked sense of humor (grin...). We highly recommend Abram Lake Resort & RV Park to folk looking for a place that has it all. We hope to return again one day!
Beautiful even on a cloudy day! Owners are very friendly and helpful. Laundromat is clean and all machines work well, with very good prices (and bonus, machines are set up to take both USA and Canadian quarters!) Beautiful, well-groomed campsites with awesome view of lake. Nice to hear the loons at night! We very much enjoyed our five day stay at Abram Lake Resort!
This campground is by far the cleanest and well maintained campground we have ever been to. The views are beautiful and the sites are well positioned. The owners are lovely people. Thank you for the awesome stay.
We visited in December, for a family event happening in Sioux Lookout. They were accommodating to our family needs from the moment we spoke on the phone. We were a large group, arriving in two parties. After traveling more than 12 hours each to get to Sioux Lookout, the cabin was an absolute retreat and we all enjoyed every moment we were there. They responded right away when we needed anything and were truly great hosts. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We all loved being there! And if we could pull it off, we would choose this location again!
